Our footage in a tv film

Soon on the UK television a film called "Ice" will be shown. Via an intermediary (Arctic Stock Images) we have been able to provide some footage that will be used in the film.

The plot of the film is as follows (source: IMDb.com):

Environmentalist Prof Thom Archer, warns of a new ice age and points a finger at sinister energy giant Halo. The multi-national is drilling on the Greenland Glacier and causing it to melt. But his warnings are ignored. Then, after a colleague is murdered, Thom realizes he must put years of desk-bound theory behind him and fight for his survival and the survival of Earth itself.

New penguin footage coming

As announced earlier this year, we are expecting some footage of rare penguins as well as other birds (e.g. albatross) and mammels (elephant seals and fur seals) living on some remote subantarctic islands 'downunder'.

We have just been informed that the producer expects to have the first of the material ready and uploaded on our site by Christmas. If anyone has a request, please let us know and we will make sure that a 'wishlist' is joining the producer on the trip. No guarantees, of course, but you know the saying; nothing ventured, nothing gained...
